We knew that the technology at RRP would need to be state-of-the-art in order to appropriately serve our clients, so we invested in technology that will not only meet our needs but provide capabilities that far exceed what most clients experience today.
The system can easily handle file imports from a variety of mainframes (Cerner, CPSI, EPIC, SMS, Meditech, HBO Star, Series, Healthquest, Affinity), provides monitoring (tracks the amount of time spent working an account and a history detailing each account) and reporting (reports can be generated per request and include the detail that is meaningful to each client – not just “canned” reports).
The technology also includes the latest in predictive dialing and text-to-speech features that will allow us to take full advantage of messaging campaigns without fear of violating regulations related to the “Foti” ruling by using a “right party verification” dialogue and properly disclosing the nature and type of call.

Continued education is paramount to the successful outcomes we can provide for our customers. All staff complete training in accordance with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act) and are ACA Certified Collectors.
